Seety is a fast-growing Belgian mobility scale-up with a clear mission: to make parking and urban mobility simpler, smarter and more accessible. We are building a single solution that allows drivers to understand, compare and pay for all their mobility expenses—from parking and fuel to EV charging and other mobility services.

Our application is already used by more than 1.3 million Seetyzens across Europe, and this is just the beginning. As our community continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support & Community Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help us build a support function that scales across Europe.

Your Mission

As the voice of Seety, you will interact daily with our community of Seetyzens and ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience with our app.

From solving issues and answering questions to identifying recurring customer needs, you will play a key role in building trust, improving our product and strengthening our community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing clear, friendly and timely support to customers via email and chat.
Resolving user issues related to accounts, payments, parking, fueling and charging sessions, invoices and more.
Supporting the sales team with B2B account setup, onboarding and account management.
Identifying recurring issues and working with the product and operations teams to address their root causes.
Gathering customer feedback and turning it into actionable insights for the product team.
Maintaining and improving help articles, FAQs and tutorials.
Helping define the tools, processes and customer support strategy needed to support our continued growth.
Proactively engaging with our community and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Profile

You are fluent in Dutch and French (this is required)
You have excellent communication skills and genuinely enjoy helping people.
You are empathetic, patient and able to remain calm when handling challenging situations.
You are solution-oriented, proactive and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are organised and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
You are comfortable taking ownership and working autonomously.
You have a strong interest in smart cities, mobility and new technologies.
Experience in customer support, customer success or community management is a strong plus.
