Kelly’s Pub Antwerp is looking for a full-time Bar & Floor Team Member. Not just someone who carries plates and pours pints, but someone who genuinely loves hospitality and gets a kick out of making people feel welcome.
We want someone who shows up every day ready to give guests the best possible experience. Someone who enjoys the rush, the atmosphere, the people — and who takes pride in doing the job really well.
Located right in the heart of Antwerp, we're easy to reach by tram, bus, bike, train, scooter, skateboard, unicorn... basically anything except a car.

What will you be doing?
- Welcoming guests with a smile (even before your first coffee)
- Taking orders
- Serving drinks and food
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the pub looking great throughout service
- Helping stock and replenish the bar
- Taking out rubbish and assisting with weekly waste collection preparations
- Working together with the team to keep everything running smoothly
