The Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits?
As a Digital Product Manager within our EY Studio + practice, you sit at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, and technology.
Your industry focus lies in the Financial Services, where you partner with leading banks, insurers, and wealth managers to shape the digital products and platforms their customers interact with every day. From onboarding journeys and self-service portals to mobile banking apps and beyond.
You bring structure to ambiguity, translate business needs into product roadmaps, and drive delivery from concept through launch. You are equally comfortable running a discovery workshop with senior stakeholders and diving into analytics dashboards to validate a hypothesis.

Define and prioritize features based on user research, business value, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product thinking.
Digital Customer Experience: Conceptualize new digital experiences, touchpoints, and service models that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion across channels (web, mobile, conversational). You map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, identifying friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for personalization.
Digital Project Management: Plan and manage digital delivery engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams: developers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, and business analysts.
