Property Administrator
Heylen Warehouses is een belgisch familiebedrijf, opgericht in 2001, dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling, verhuur en beheer van hoogwaardig logistiek en light-industrial vastgoed. Met een focus op langetermijn-waardecreatie en duurzaamheid, biedt het bedrijf flexibele en toekomstbestendige oplossingen voor logistieke huisvestigingsvraagstukken. Heylen Warehouses is actief in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Spanje en Denemarken.
Om ons tijdelijk te versterken zoeken wij een:
Property Administrator
Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de assetadministratie op het documentbeheerplatform Prostream
Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurig beheer van alle projecten zodat alle documentatie correct per project bijgehouden wordt.
Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s: Project Managers, Business Developers, legal counsels, Property managers en boekhouding;
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Property Management
Wat zijn jouw taken?
Je zoekt naar de juiste documenten en brengt deze samen in de asset beheerstructuur.
Je doet een eerste screening van de technische en contractuele documenten.
Je neemt contact met collega’s en externen om resultaat te behalen. Je volgt gestructureerd alles op en escaleert waar nodig naar je leidinggevende.
Hoe ziet onze ideale collega eruit?
Je bent gepassioneerd door de bouwsector en al haar ontwikkelingen en bent op zoek naar een eerste job binnen het vastgoed.
Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt het overzicht behouden.
Je bent een proactieve zelfstarter die zowel individueel als in teamverband kan werken.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een sterk pluspunt.
Je beschikt over een diploma in een vastgoed, bouwkundige of architecturale richting of je studeert momenteel een relevante richting maar kan je enkele dagen per week vrijmaken.
