We're looking for a Pay & Rewards Specialist to help keep our people paid correctly, our benefits running smoothly, and our payroll operations across Europe in great shape.
You'll be the operational expert behind the scenes, making sure everything runs accurately, compliantly, and on time.
You love bringing order to complexity. Data, systems, processes… they’re your kind of playground. And nothing beats that feeling of knowing everything is correct, aligned, and running as it should be (bonus points if you spot a payroll discrepancy from a mile away ).
You know Belgian payroll inside out, but you're just as excited about supporting a fast-growing company across multiple European markets.
A big scoop of ownership, numbers and flawless execution. You’ll get to:
Coordinate payroll across multiple European countries
Manage compensation and benefits administration
Ensure pay & rewards processes are accurate, compliant and delivered on time
Support processes such as reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner closely with the Pay & Rewards Manager, HR Business Partners, finance and external payroll providers
Help improve and optimise payroll and rewards processes as we grow
3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations
Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll and employment administration. Experience in our other European markets is a plus (France, Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands).
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and employee data
A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right
Collaborative, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Highly trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling confidential employee information.
