What will you do?
As a Business Development Consultant, your proven sales experience will provide the platform to play a key role in driving the College’s ambitious growth strategy, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside a solution-focused mindset to engage confidently with both new and existing employers, building and managing relationships to the highest standards. You will be highly motivated, performance-driven, and capable of thriving in a target-focused environment, with a passion for education and making a real difference, identifying opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and contributing to sustained business growth. Bringing strong business acumen, resilience under pressure, and a high level of personal integrity, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional outcomes for both learners and employers, so join us, bring your energy and ideas, and support us to drive positive change in a truly rewarding and impactful role.
We are recruiting to both Business Development Consultant and Senior Business Development Consultant positions, with level and salary determined by the experience, expertise, and track record you bring.

This is a permanent, full-time post (working 35 hours per week). Regional travel will be required as part of the role; therefore, use of your own transport, a current valid driving licence and business insurance is essential. Starting salary will depend upon an individual’s level of experience.
