Job Summary:
The TAVI Portfolio Marketing Manager is the central integrator of the EMEA TAVI strategy, acting as the bridge between strategic direction and country-level deployment. This role leads the transformation of the TAVI franchise into a dual-platform SE/BE model, sustaining Navitor growth while preparing the successful regional launch of the Encantor BE platform.
The role translates global and regional strategies into clear, actionable roll‑out plans for EMEA countries, ensuring alignment, adoption, and consistent execution across diverse markets. This person serves as the primary Marketing point of contact for Encantor across clinical programs, evidence-generation workstreams, reimbursement readiness, messaging development, and TAVI community engagement ahead of launch.
Success depends on strong strategic marketing expertise, deep understanding of EMEA TAVI market dynamics, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams, sales organizations, and country leaders.
Primary Objectives:
- Deliver the EMEA TAVI portfolio planning, strategies & execution readiness
- Build SE/BE capabilities across EMEA organization & cross-functional partners
- Lead the EMEA launch roadmap, manage the Encantor launch investments structure to successfully introduce ABT BE platform to the EMEA market
Key Responsibilities:
A.Strategy-to-Execution Leadership
- Translate SE & BE franchise strategies into structural ,country-ready deployment frameworks, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, messaging, commercial pathways
- Secure country leadership buy-in, orchestrate alignment forums and ensure adoption
- Benchmark execution across EMEA, identify deviations and implement correction action plans
- Serve as integrator across Global Marketing, Medical Affairs, T&E, HE&R, Sales & ComExc to maintain cohesive regional plan
- Develop annual plan and evidence-backed messaging
B. Portfolio vision & strategy (SE/BE)
- Own TAVI portfolio strategy, segmentation, value proposition, differentiation
- Develop annual plan and evidence-backed messaging
- Define SE–BE portfolio EMEA imperatives and operating model evolution
- Ensure EMEA alignment to TAVI Global Franchise dual-platform imperatives & prioritized
C. Encantor BE Launch Leadership
- Drive internal readiness, operational preparedness for dual-platform adoption
- Leader EMEA launch roadmap, including customer segmentation, KOL mapping, market development & access strategies
- Act as primary EMEA marketing representative for evidence-generation initiatives, clinical project alignment, reimbursement landscape shaping, messaging development & positioning narrative
- Support all pre-launch initiatives linked to thought-leader’s engagements in evidence-generation initiatives & advisory boards
- Lead EMEA launch roadmap, customer mapping, segmentation, targeting
- Collaborate with T&E on building training pathways with T&E
- Establish launch KPI frameworks
- Own Encantor launch budget, resource allocation & investments prioritization
D. Sustain Navitor SE Growth
- Lead SE growth initiatives
- Manage congress strategies, KOL readiness & advocates building, post-event learnings
- Develop strategic partnerships to reinforce our SE platform offering e.g. sheaths, balloon, cross-businesses collaboration
Qualifications:
- Skills: portfolio strategy, launch excellence, influence, project management
- Demonstrated strategic marketing excellence with ability to share portfolio direction
- Deep understand of EMEA SH market drivers, competitive dynamics and clinical evidence pathways
- Proven ability to influence sales leaders, physicians and countries’ stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong ability to simplify complex strategy into operationally executable frameworks
- Executive communication skills, ability to craft compelling messaging & strategic narratives
- High collaborative capacity across matrix organization
- Strong understanding of SH therapies
- Ability to understand procedural workflows, clinical data, device specifications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compliant customer-facing materials
