Job Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods in the warehouse
- Physical handling of goods: lifting, moving, stacking, sorting
- Assisting with inbound & outbound activities, including:
- Basic order picking
- Labeling
- Placing goods in designated warehouse locations
- Helping with stock counts, truck loading, and internal movements
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Following supervisor instructions accurately and efficiently
Knowledge Requirements
- Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics processes (loading/unloading, picking, packing)
- Awareness of warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
- Willingness to follow PPE and safety regulations
- Ability to read simple labels, locations, and documentation
Skills
- Good physical condition; able to safely lift 15–25 kg
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong team player; able to cooperate with forklift drivers, QC team, and supervisors
- Good time management; able to complete tasks within required deadlines
- Willing to follow warehouse procedures and attend training
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
