Help Desk Agent (Part-Time) – Dutch Speaking
About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Help Desk Agent to support our BeNeLux operations on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable, long-term position alongside other professional or personal commitments. The work is primarily focused on coordination, communication, and ticket follow-up rather than hands-on technical troubleshooting.
You will act as the link between customers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring that interventions are scheduled efficiently and that all stakeholders remain informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and support tickets via PSM and Salesforce
- Coordinate and schedule engineer interventions with customers
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams
- Monitor ongoing tickets and ensure timely follow-up
- Manage supplier returns following established procedures
- Prepare and distribute the weekly GUARD on-call schedule
- Provide clear and accurate status updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following established processes
- Experience with ticketing systems is helpful but not required
- Basic IT knowledge is a plus, but technical expertise is not necessary
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
