Project Manager

Today, we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to strengthen our Technical Department.
The Project Manager is responsible for the technical, administrative, financial, and commercial management of the projects, or parts of projects, entrusted to them by the Technical Management, within the scope of the authority granted by the Technical Management and General Management.
In agreement with the Technical Management, the Project Manager delegates specific tasks to the Site Manager, Site Technicians, subcontractors, or any other members of the site team or the company's general and logistics services. However, the Project Manager remains fully accountable for all delegated responsibilities.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Your Responsibilities
General Project Management
Gather all information required to execute the works in accordance with the client's contractual requirements.
Ensure effective communication of all relevant project information to: Internal stakeholders (Management, Logistics Department, etc.)
The Client, the Client's Project Manager, and consultants (architects, engineering firms, etc.)
Public authorities (local authorities, police, fire department, etc.)
Third parties (utility companies, neighboring property owners, etc.)
Manage disputes and claims involving clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and third parties.
Technical Management
Review execution documents (technical specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, etc.) and applicable reference documents (regulations, standards, specifications, etc.) to verify client requirements and identify critical works and supplies.
Define the most appropriate construction methods.
Determine and mobilize all necessary resources (personnel, materials, subcontractors, equipment, software) to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare, monitor, and distribute schedules related to design, procurement, and construction activities.
Develop the project's Quality Plan.
Monitor compliance with contractual requirements regarding deadlines, quality, and conformity of the works.
Ensure compliance with all legal health and safety requirements on site.
Administrative Management
Establish the site organization chart and allocate responsibilities within the project team.
Ensure all legal formalities related to the execution of the works are completed (declarations, permit applications, authorizations, etc.).
Maintain daily social security (ONSS) records and workforce attendance reports.
Notify the Insurance Department of any specific risks not covered by the company's standard insurance policies.
Represent the company during official meetings.
Prepare, update, monitor, and distribute contractual documentation.
Draft, review, and distribute all project-related correspondence.
Report any incidents or claims to the Insurance Department.
Coordinate requests for provisional and final acceptance of the works with the Client.
Financial Management
Monitor the establishment of financial guarantees with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Verify invoices for supplies, works, and services provided by suppliers, subcontractors, and third parties.
Prepare cost estimates for change orders and additional works.
Monitor budgets, analyze project costs, and ensure financial follow-up.
Oversee the management of shared project costs (pro rata account).
Your Profile
Industrial or Civil Engineering degree in Construction.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Site Technician, or 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the construction industry.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and other standard IT tools.
Good knowledge of French and English is considered a strong asset.
