Today, we are looking for an exceptional individual to strengthen our Finance Department.
The Management Controller will be responsible for creating and implementing the management control function within Pairi Daiza. Reporting to General Management, they will play a key role in driving the company’s performance and supporting managers across the organisation in their decision-making. They will introduce the tools, indicators and processes required to provide a clear and reliable overview of the business.
Your responsibilities
Design and implement the management control function within Pairi Daiza, including tools, processes, analyses, performance indicators and dashboards
Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with the Finance team and the relevant departments
Analyse variances between budgeted and actual results, identify their causes and recommend corrective actions
Help operational managers understand and adopt management tools
Define and monitor key operational and financial performance indicators (KPIs) with department managers
Provide regular reports to Finance and General Management
Help improve the reliability of management data and harmonise practices across departments
Your profile
Master’s degree in finance, business administration, management or an equivalent field
At least five years of experience in management control, ideally including experience establishing or structuring the function
Strong management control skills, including budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, and defining and monitoring KPIs
Excellent digital and IT skills, with advanced Excel proficiency essential, as well as experience with ERP systems, BI and reporting tools, and AI
Ability to collaborate with non-financial operational departments and explain financial concepts in clear, accessible language
Fluency in both French and English is essential
Thorough and analytical, with strong synthesis and communication skills, autonomy, the ability to bring people together and the capacity to lead change
