As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the delivery and further development of our Learning & Development activities.
Working closely with the Head of People Development, you will initially focus on the operational management of learning initiatives. As you develop your expertise and autonomy in the role, you will gradually contribute to shaping our L&D strategy, roadmap and learning culture.
This role is particularly suited to someone who combines strong organisational skills with curiosity, initiative and an interest in developing their expertise in Learning & Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning journey coordination :
You will take ownership of the end-to-end organisation and coordination of learning initiatives, ensuring a high-quality experience for both participants and stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying learning needs in collaboration with employees, managers and teams, and recommending appropriate learning solutions and formats.
- Coordinate learning initiatives end-to-end, including promoting available opportunities, managing registrations and invitations, and communicating with participants.
- Research the market and identify relevant learning providers, manage relationships with them and ensure effective follow-up.
- Ensure accurate administration and follow-up of learning activities, including HR system encodings, participation, completion and feedback.
- Act as the point of contact for employees and managers regarding learning and development opportunities.
Contribute to our L&D roadmap :
You will work closely with the Head of People Development to translate identified learning needs and priority skill areas into concrete L&D initiatives.
Based on the needs identified across the organisation, you will contribute to the definition and evolution of the L&D roadmap and proactively make recommendations on priorities, learning solutions and areas of investment.
As you develop in the role, you will progressively take on more responsibility in the strategic dimension of Learning & Development.
Support the development of a learning culture :
You will contribute to creating an environment where learning and development are an integral part of the employee experience.
You will help develop and promote learning opportunities across the organization and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement with learning and encouraging continuous development.
You will also support the continuous improvement of the overall learning experience, from the identification of needs through to the evaluation of learning initiatives.
Monitor L&D trends and market developments :
You will stay up to date with the latest Learning & Development practices, solutions and market trends, identifying relevant innovations and providers. You will share insights and recommendations with the Head of People Development to continuously evolve and improve our learning offer.
Monitor and report on L&D activities and KPI’s, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and using data and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to broader People Development activities and projects, providing support to the team as needed and in line with business priorities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- You have a first professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in Learning & Development, or another Soft HR area.
- You have a good understanding of HR processes and an interest in developing your expertise in L&D.
- You are comfortable working with different types and levels of stakeholders; internal and external stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and have ideally experience using HR systems.
- You are fluent in either French or Dutch, have at least a working knowledge of the other national language, and are fluent in English.
You don't necessarily need extensive experience in Learning & Development. What matters most is your motivation to develop in this field, your willingness to learn and progress, your ability to take initiative and your interest in the evolving world of work.
