We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help accelerate pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring high-quality lead qualification and smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and events.
- Nurture early-stage leads through personalized follow-up based on engagement.
- Conduct qualification conversations to assess needs and timeline.
- Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria (ICP + lifecycle stage).
- Maintain accurate data, notes, and deal progression in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Help build targeted lists and identify new accounts within priority markets.
- Support territory- and segment-based prospecting strategies.
- Track progress against KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.
- Share insights with Marketing on lead quality, messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
- Work closely with Sales to refine qualification criteria and outreach sequences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging, playbooks, and tools.
- Curious and eager to learn about industrial maintenance and asset reliability.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies.
- Quick to pick up the phone to engage with prospects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate them into action.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of English.
