Duties & Role:

Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects and activities, ensuring that milestones, deliverables and deadlines are appropriately tracked.
Coordinate project-related activities across technical teams, management and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and timely follow-up.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, status reports and meeting minutes.
Monitor project progress and performance against agreed plans, milestones and objectives, identifying delays, risks, dependencies and potential issues.
Prepare regular management and project status reports, dashboards and presentations, providing clear and accurate information on progress, risks, issues and required decisions.
Organize and support project meetings, workshops and governance activities, including preparing agendas, coordinating participants, recording decisions and following up on agreed actions.
Act as a central coordination point for project-related information and communication, facilitating collaboration between technical teams, project stakeholders, management and external suppliers where applicable.
Support resource, workload and activity planning, maintaining visibility of ongoing priorities, assignments and project commitments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project coordination and governance processes, identifying opportunities to improve planning, reporting, communication, documentation and overall delivery effectiveness.

Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
A Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Officer, Project Assistant, or in a similar role supporting the coordination and delivery of projects.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously within a complex organizational environment.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and project documentation.
Professional certification in PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or a similar project management framework would be considered an asset.
