In the position of Office Assistant for our location in Louvain-la-Neuve, you ensure a warm and professional welcome for customers, visitors, and employees. You will manage the reception area and make sure it is always representable. Though you are based in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will also provide support to other locations across the Benelux. You may occasionally be asked to visit other locations (Ghent, Bruges, Wemmel) during working hours. Therefore, a valid driving license is required.
You will be responsible for:

Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

Proactively identifying and implementing facility-related solutions for employees

Contributing to emergency response and workplace safety activities

Professionally managing the telephone switchboard
You will become part of a facility management team of 12 colleagues, working closely with 7 other Office Assistants. The team is known for its strong service mindset and collaborative spirit. Asking for and offering help is embedded in the team's DNA.
