As regulations and tax requirements related to industrial equipment power continue to evolve, our company aims to improve the way installed power is tracked and managed.
This project is designed to ensure reliable, structured, and sustainable control of equipment data (power, status, evolution), supporting both regulatory compliance and asset management.
You'll be in charge of:
-
Conducting a literature review on regulations related to industrial power taxation in Belgium (Wallonia)
-
Defining clear and consistent calculation rules
-
Collecting technical data from equipment
-
Identifying a suitable tracking tool
-
Entering and structuring technical data in the selected system
-
Implementing a process to manage lifecycle changes (new equipment, removal, power updates)
As part of our continuous improvement approach, this project focuses on applying 5S principles to enhance the organisation, readability, and safety of HPLC/UPLC installations.
The objectives are to:
-
Reduce risks of incorrect connections and errors
-
Improve efficiency during maintenance, troubleshooting and qualification activities

Maintain and update a reference list of system configurations (chains and detectors)
You'll be in charge of:
-
Performing an initial assessment and identify gaps
-
Reorganising installations using 5S principles
-
Implementing visual standards (labelling, colour coding, structured layout)
-
Developing maintenance guidelines and procedures
-
Providing practical improvement recommendations
