Context :
The IT department is working in Agile mode, which offers a challenging and motivating environment where teams and employees are empowered to manage their own technical domain.
You will work in the IT Security Production Tribe, within the squad IAM technologies. Our stakeholders and partners can be part of the business, the rest of the local IT or with our IT Group.
The Squad IAM Technologies manages the support and services in following risk- and security-related domains:
End-User Access modeling and provisioning
Privileged Access modeling and provisioning
Authentication/Authorization
Access Recertification
Vulnerability management
Risk management
Security monitoring
Description :
We are looking for a 2nd/3rd-line Support Engineer who can assist the Squad in the daily activities, in scripting and in delivering documents using your technical writing skills such as but not limited to secure standard documents, evidencing documents for audits & controls, standard operating procedures, end-user documentation and helpdesk documentation.
Some of the main activities in the Squad are:
Managing the lifecycle management of the squad’s applications.
Most of technologies used by those applications are:
Windows OS and SQL Server DB based applications
Java and/or .Net based applications/tooling
PHP/Javascript based applications
VB Excel Based toolings
Windows Batch/Powershell based tools
Configuration of the security monitoring tools
Security monitoring and analysis of events/incidents/problems
Contribute to the migration of our assets to the group’s cloud infra:
Third line security support and incident response, related to authentication, authorisation or vulnerability issues.
Contribution to the Critical Asset Recovery, Disaster Recovery Exercices, DORA, ...
Risk and vulnerability management
Take necessary actions to close risks and vulnerabilities
Contribution to audit campaigns and control plans
Reporting to management and other stakeholders
Most of these activities are done in close collaboration with our partners or different suppliers.
You have the following skills
Education : Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Languages requirement :
French : Preferred, but not mandatory
Dutch : Not required
English : Fluent
Required knowledge / Experience :
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity Operations
Technical Experience :
Technical skills on which the priority must be given during the selection process.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
