Base: €6,500 – €8,000 gross/month
Commission: Fix/Variable 70/30 (negotiable up to 80/20)

CONTEXT
Our client is an international IT consultancy with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.
Focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients, with offerings across cloud, consulting and professional services, managed services, data and AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation and app modernization.
Our client works with a unit structure: semi-autonomous business units centered around a technology domain, each led by a Director. Currently we are looking for 2 Sales leaders to focus on a broad services portfolio: cloud managed services, data & AI and migration projects make up around 80% of the pipeline, with co-selling alongside vendor seller teams as a primary go-to-market engine.
This is a startup story within an established organization: the client base, partnerships and delivery capacity are in place, but the unit needs an entrepreneur to set the commercial direction rather than someone who follows a ready-made playbook.

WHO
- Proven track record in new business B2B sales within an IT, tech or cloud context (essential)
- Experience selling project- and professional-services models
- Full-cycle sales experience, from cold outreach to contract signature
- Comfortable with multi-level selling in complex organizations with fragmented budgets
- Strong in discovery and value selling (not feature selling), with solid objection-handling skills
- Executive presence, credible at C-level, partner level and technical level
- Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven, resilient to rejection, and comfortable in an environment that is still being built
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
