- Design, implement, and continuously improveon-premises security architecture, including infrastructure, firewall policies, and network segmentation.

Establish and maintain security baselinesfor endpoints, servers, and critical infrastructure to ensure a robust and compliant IT environment.

Lead identity and access management (IAM)initiatives, managing AD, PKI, LDAP, RBAC, and mobile device security (MDM).

Collaborate with SOC and internal teamsto detect, respond to, and analyze threats, while enhancing incident response capabilities.

Drive compliance and governance efforts, supporting risk assessments, ISO 27001/NIS2 audits, and the development of internal security frameworks.
- 5+ years in cybersecuritywith hands-on experience in security architecture, on-premises, and O365 environments.

Skilled in network and endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and log management.

Expert in IAM: AD, PKI, LDAP, and access management.

Knowledgeable in compliance: ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, NIS2.

Autonomous, structured, problem-solverwith strong communication skills; fluent in English.
