Meet the team
Our Group Finance team supports multiple Euroports entities and ensures smooth, accurate financial operations across the Group. You’ll work closely with suppliers, operational teams, management, and finance colleagues in a collaborative international environment where accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.
What you’ll be doing
As an AP Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, supporting the daily processing of incoming invoices across different entities within the Group. Your role will include:
- Processing incoming invoices according to defined procedures.
- Coding invoices and matching them with purchase orders.
- Following up on invoice approvals and supplier payments.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with operational teams.
- Preparing payment lists and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Preparing reports and monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Managing Cash-In-Transit activities.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who brings the right blend of skills, experience, and passion. To thrive in this role, you:
- Have an education in Accounting or equivalent through experience.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Have a solid accounting background.
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and English.
- Have knowledge of Oracle ERP systems (a plus).
- Work accurately, efficiently, and proactively.
- Are a team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
