As a Front Office & Food & Beverage Management Intern, you play a key role as one of the hotel’s most visible and essential ambassadors. You contribute directly to creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest.
After your training period, you will be able to independently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as complete the administrative tasks required to support smooth Front Office operations. You will maintain daily contact with guests, assist them with their questions, and provide accurate and helpful information about the hotel and its services.
In the Food & Beverage department, you will gain hands-on experience in welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing the dining area, and ensuring high service standards. You will also learn how to support operational coordination between the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
Throughout the internship, you will develop key skills in upselling, complaint handling, guest communication, and teamwork. Most importantly, you help create a warm and positive atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for from arrival to departure.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your own individual project. This project allows you to explore an area of interest—such as guest satisfaction, service flow optimization, sustainable F&B practices, or front-office efficiency—and present concrete recommendations that can contribute to improving the hotel’s operations.
