Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience OR a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Network Technician, DDI or IP address management (IPAM) role;
- Practical experience in DNS, IP and routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, ISIS, BGP etc).
Desirable:
- IP address management for military networks;
- Drafting documents/manuals for NATO users;
- Completion of RIPE NCC's LIR Training Course.
Duties/role:
- Ensuring tickets are resolved in fulfilment of applicable Service Level Agreements;
- Performing data extraction, deduplication, matching, fusion, and master data generation, curation, and lifecycle management;
- Automating network telemetry collection and ingestion.
