Job Description
Main responsibility:
Enrich the Portfolio Management technical framework (i.e. data sourcing & storage, workflow, exploration and reporting facilities) to support regular prioritization of the CTB portfolio and tracking of the impact of the operational delivery in a way that:
- connects executive intent and desired outcomes with operational delivery
- secures our strategic must-win battles
- minimizes risk by remaining up to standard in terms of regulatory, security & fraud management
- eliminates waste through dynamic reprioritization & arbitration (Yearly + Quarterly)
In close collaboration with the Portfolio Management team and our key stakeholders namely:
- Head of Transformation Office to support ExCo decision making
- Constructs in charge of the portfolio execution
- Beneficiaries i.e. Segments & Functions
- Finance
- our IT and Data partners
You will be in charge of the requirements collection, technical framework design, implementation roadmap & change plans
Education
Master's Degree in Management and or Technical
Required Experience
At least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Strong experience in data management, Datawarehouse / BI solutions design & implementation
Past experience in the management of large programs
Demonstrate full autonomy in Powerpoint and Excel
Preferable
Understanding of the Microsoft automation capabilities is a plus (copilot / power / BI)
