About the role:
As a Brand Ambassador within our banking division, you will be the main point of contact between our company and our Dutch-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide high-quality support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding banking products and services (via phone, email, or chat).
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch.
- Assist customers with questions related to their accounts, transactions, orders, etc.
- Stay up to date with regulations and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and knowledge.
Profile required:
- Full proficiency in Dutch, enabling effective interaction with customers.
- Good level of French or English to communicate internally.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is an asset, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
What we offer:
- 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,300 and €2,400, including a 13th-month salary, eco-vouchers, and public transport cost coverage.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- 12 additional paid vacation days (RTT)
- Remote working.
- Fixed schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
