Financial Controller role and responsibilities include:
Analyze financial statements, ensuring reliable information to promote growth opportunities and increasing centrality.
Partner with finance teams to set targets and budgets, and contribute to long-term financial planning, allowing for direct impact on the future.
Ensure financial compliance, strengthening their reputation, reliability and prestige in the industry.
Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analyses
Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and streamlining, making your job, and theirs, easier!
Support strategic decision-making
What you bring to the table:
A Master’s in Finance or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience supported by a technical background.
Big4 + Controlling experience is a plus.
Professional fluency in English and French, additional languages are appreciated.
