As an Infrastructure Coordinator, you are a technically strong infrastructure specialist who works hands-on in day-to-day operations, while also taking on a coordinating role towards external suppliers, internal IT colleagues, and end users.
You manage our modern infrastructure stack, with a clear focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco Meraki. You combine deep technical expertise with a pragmatic mindset: you analyse issues, resolve them yourself where possible, and involve partners where collaboration is required.
You act as a key point of contact between the business, IT, and external parties, ensuring a stable, secure, and future-proof IT infrastructure.
Managing, optimizing, and further developing the Azure cloud infrastructure
Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Designing, managing, and troubleshooting the network landscape
Monitoring system and network availability, performance, and capacity
Actively contributing to incident and problem resolution (2nd / 3rd line support)
Implementing and monitoring security measures
Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinating and following up with external IT vendors and partners
Guiding and supporting helpdesk and support activities (functional and technical)
Aligning with internal stakeholders regarding needs, expectations, and priorities
Translating business requirements into concrete technical solutions
Monitoring agreements, SLAs, and service quality
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Acting as technical lead or coordinator in infrastructure-related projects, such as:
Cloud and tenant optimisations
Network infrastructure and security
Modern workplace solutions (Intune, policies, device lifecycle management)
Telephony and collaboration (Teams-based solutions)
OT / warehouse and industrial IT environments
Identifying and implementing improvements related to stability, security, and cost efficiency
Documentation & Governance
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and architectural overviews
Contributing to the development of standards, guidelines, and best practices
Ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation within the IT team
