The KPMG Strategy team is currently seeking to expand and further build its strategy development and commercial expertise. The role is part of a team advising executive-level clients on key strategic challenges, providing insights and guidance on market positioning and the capabilities required for long-term success. Responsibilities include creating high-quality, impactful deliverables aligned with engagement objectives and client needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Manager within the KPMG Strategy team, with a specific focus on Energy & Infrastructure, the role plays a key role in supporting clients across sectors such as energy, water, construction, infrastructure and telecom throughout their transformation journeys. Responsibilities include leading high-impact strategy engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and positioning of the practice. Key tasks include:

Working closely with C-suite executives on complex strategy engagements, addressing enterprise-wide strategic, organizational and operational challenges, and identifying growth opportunities;

Leading clients’ engagements and supporting them in determining their strategies and approaches to identify the most relevant initiatives and projects to execute aligned with their needs;

Managing clients’ engagements end-to-end, including defining scopes, budgets, and resourcing, creating and coordinating final deliverables, and supporting the presentation of results;

Playing a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting growth and the expansion of service offerings;

Managing and mentoring junior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team culture.

A completed Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a strategy and management consulting environment or within Energy & Infrastructure sectors with a focus on Corporate Strategy & Transformation, Growth & Market Entry Strategy, Operating & Cost Strategy, or Enterprise-wide Target Operating Model (TOM) Design.
In addition, the following qualifications, expertise, and skills are sought:

A proven track record in delivering large-scale Strategic and Performance Transformations;

Excellent project management and business development capabilities;

In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more relevant industries (e.g., energy, water, construction, infrastructure, telecom);

An empathic leadership style with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire, coach and motivate others;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions;
