You develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, including qualitative and quantitative targets. In this way, you also ensure the best in-store execution in the region and with the customers assigned to you.
You will develop the different pillars of business growth defined for your region, such as distribution, shelves, visibility and promotion.
You will develop sales figures and support the client on second placements, promotions, seasonal campaigns, but you will also engage clients on category projects and an innovative commercial approach.
In addition, you will detect and propose the development of growth opportunities within the framework of Ferrero's commercial policy (new points of sale, increase in the assortment of points of sale, improvement of visibility, etc.)
You will be able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with all clients at different levels.
You ensure clear communication on all agreed activities from the head office to the stores to ensure perfect implementation and compliance with the agreements reached.
You will provide clear feedback, reports, and data using the customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
You will be asked to adopt proactive behavior and internally communicate relevant data such as point-of-sale (POS) trends and competitor characteristics, e.g. pricing, promotions, display, etc.
You will also be in daily contact with the merchandising team for the implementation of in-store activities.
You have an analytical mind that allows you to track the performance of the area and the point of sale using different dashboards.
