Your Role:
You initiate, coordinate, validate, and evaluate MarCom activities.
In alignment with the bank's global strategy and the Marketing & Communication strategy, you develop initiatives and campaigns based on the ideal marketing mix (owned channels, earned channels, and paid media), with the aim of contributing to optimal customer satisfaction and the (sales) objectives of your specific segment or domain.
You ensure that high-quality, engaging, and relevant messages reach the intended target audience at the right time and through the right channels.
You ensure that the brand is represented consistently across all communications.
You contribute to lead generation and the stimulation of digital sales through user-friendly digital (sales) journeys.
Play to Your Strengths:
You possess a thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and the marketing mix, and you have banking experience listed on your CV.
You are completely at home in the world of digital marketing and follow industry trends closely.
You have a commercial mindset and place the customer at the center of all your actions. You ensure an optimal customer and communication journey. To best serve your customers through our campaigns, you regularly consult market studies.
You have a strong flair for communication.
You communicate fluently with stakeholders across other departments.
You are a driven project manager: organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and respectful of deadlines and budgets.
You are a team player who is also capable of working autonomously.
You enjoy challenging the status quo and proposing creative solutions.
You critically evaluate requests and propose the appropriate solutions to achieve the desired results.
You express yourself fluently—both verbally and in writing—in Dutch and French.
Experience with Adobe Automation is a plus.
Education
Master degree in Communication Economics or Marketing
Required Experience
At least 4 years of relevant experience

Very good knowledge of marketing & communication techniques & tools

Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within financial industry
