About the Job
Support Brand Operations Europe by owning and coordinating product data readiness across regional systems to ensure products are correctly created, adopted, activated, maintained, and operationally ready ahead of key milestones and launches. The role acts as a key operational bridge across Merchandising, Planning, IT, Pricing, Customer Service, Sales Operations, E-commerce, and cross-functional launch teams to drive system accuracy, reduce data issues, and enable smooth execution across Apparel, Accessories, Licensing, LFA, and off-cycle/capsule launches.
Critical Results:

Core product data readiness & PC9 / systems execution ownership

Own weekly system health checks across product systems to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and ready for downstream use.

Maintain and monitor product set-up across relevant systems including PLM, SAP, sell in tools, depending on product type and process flow.

Identify, investigate, and resolve recurring set-up and activation issues; open and follow through business tickets with IT and system partners to support long-term fixes and better ways of working

Improve data quality and reduce manual errors by creating or maintaining checks, trackers, templates, and operational tools that support ongoing business readiness

Operational support for Apparel, Licensing, Accessories, LFA, and off-cycle launches

Own PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/ SAP weekly checks to ensure all of our systems are updated and set-up is up-to-date

Partner with IT / Customer Service to ensure product activation completion through systematic checks

Partner with sizing team to ensure accurate PO’s created by minimizing size discrepancies between systems

Will be responsible in supporting to create local PC9s, partnering with product development teams and planning for proper set-up

Communicate with SAP IT team C/O assortment and monitor sizegrid updates

Support the Merchandising gender teams

Assisting the merchandising team in general data input

Supporting during key milestones

Maintaining and creating of supporting tools for Merchandising day to day.
Requirements
-
a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, and or Engineering.

2-5 years in a corporate environment (apparel industry would be a plus)

Trained in PLM and Product creation is a plus

Highly proficient in Excel and the rest of MS Office Suite

Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SAP or PowerBi are a plus

Fluent in English
This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is € 51,000 – € 68,000 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
