The KPMG Strategy team is currently seeking to expand and further build its strategy development and commercial expertise. The role is part of a team advising executive-level clients on key strategic challenges, providing insights, and guidance on market positioning and the capabilities required for long-term success. Responsibilities include creating high-quality, impactful deliverables aligned with engagement objectives and client needs, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Manager within the KPMG Strategy team, responsibilities include:

Working closely with C-suite executives across industries on complex strategy engagements, addressing enterprise-wide strategic, organizational, and operational challenges, and identifying growth opportunities;

Leading clients’ engagements and supporting the definition of strategies and approaches to identify and prioritize initiatives and projects aligned with their needs;

Managing clients’ engagements end-to-end, including defining scopes, budgets, and resourcing, creating and coordinating deliverables, and supporting the presentation of results;

Playing a pivotal role in driving and developing the team’s business development activities, supporting growth and the expansion of service offerings;

Managing and mentoring junior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team culture.

A completed Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a strategy and management consulting environment or within corporate settings, with a focus on operational optimization and strategy (e.g. strategy definition, cost optimization, transformation management, strategic portfolio management). Relevant industry exposure may include, but is not limited to, Consumer & Retail, Construction & Building Materials, Industrial Markets, and Transport & Logistics.
In addition to a strong technical foundation, the following qualifications, expertise, and skills are sought:

A proven track record in delivering large-scale Strategic and Performance Transformations;

Excellent project management and business development capabilities;

In-depth knowledge and experience in the relevant industries;

Experience leading a diverse team and managing complex projects;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions;
