Your Role
As a Senior Technology Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of Accenture’s go-to-market strategy in the Resources Industry. You will lead strategic opportunities from early origination to contract signature, combining deep client understanding, commercial excellence, and technology insight.
You will:

Own and drive complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification to negotiation and deal closure

Engage C-level executives to address strategic challenges and position technology as a business enabler

Lead the creation of compelling, differentiated value propositions across:

ERP transformation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)

Digitizing and optimizing physical assets and operations
-
Data & AI, advanced analytics and digital twins
-
Cloud modernization, cybersecurity and managed services
-
Energy transition, sustainability and decarbonization programs
-
Orchestrate deal teams, working closely with our state of the art technology ecosystem, Industry X, commercial, legal, delivery, and account leadership teams

Shape business cases, commercial models, and financial structures that balance client value and Accenture growth

Develop and leverage strategic technology partnerships to build joint, market-leading offers

Drive origination initiatives and thought-leadership sessions to fuel pipeline growth

Your Profile

10+ years of experience in technology Services& Sales / Cloud / Infrastructure sales

Strong understanding of:

ERP transformation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)

Digitizing and optimizing physical assets and operations

Data & AI, advanced analytics and digital twins

Cloud modernization, cybersecurity and managed services

Energy transition, sustainability and decarbonization programs

Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing multi-million-euro client portfolios

Experience working with technology partners (cloud providers, data/AI players, software vendors)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
A mindset that combines strategic thinking, resilience, curiosity, and execution focus

Fluent in English; Dutch/French are a plus
