About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage and develop a portfolio of existing mid‑sized enterprise customers. Your focus will be on supporting renewals, identifying relevant upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative, customer‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing mid‑market accounts across the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Support revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell of AvePoint’s SaaS solutions, aligned to customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to close, working in partnership with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain strong customer engagement to support retention and renewals.
- Develop account plans aligned with customer business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing, Product and Support) to deliver consistent value to customers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account health information using CRM tools.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in roles involving full‑cycle sales responsibility.
- Experience managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS‑based solutions.
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or similar frameworks.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to decision‑making discussions.
