Je bent de schakel tussen Sales en Delivery, draagt bij aan complexe bids en zorgt dat oplossingen zowel technisch als commercieel haalbaar zijn. Daarnaast stimuleer je best practices, kennisdeling en het slim inzetten van tools (zoals D365, Jira, ServiceNow) om processen te optimaliseren en transparantie te vergroten.

Bachelor in een relevante richting
Ervaring met complexe, klantgerichte projecten (IT, telecom of healthcare)
Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden (coaching, performance management)
Ervaring met projectmethodieken en tools (bijv. D365, Jira, ServiceNow)
Financieel inzicht (KPI’s, marges, forecasting)
Ervaring met bid support en sales alignment
Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels

Vous combinez excellence opérationnelle et vision stratégique : planification des ressources, suivi des projets (délais, budget, qualité), gestion des risques et amélioration continue.
Vous jouez un rôle clé entre Sales et Delivery, contribuez aux offres complexes et assurez la viabilité technique et commerciale des solutions. Vous favorisez également le partage des bonnes pratiques et l’utilisation efficace des outils (D365, Jira, ServiceNow) pour optimiser les processus.

Votre profil
Bachelor dans un domaine pertinent
Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques complexes (IT, télécom, santé)
Leadership éprouvé (coaching, développement des équipes)
Maîtrise des outils et méthodes de gestion de projet
Sens financier (KPI, marges, prévisions)
Expérience en support d’offres et coordination avec les ventes
Maîtrise du néerlandais, français et anglais

What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience managing complex, customer-facing technical projects (IT, telecom, healthcare)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proficiency with project tools and methodologies
Solid financial awareness (KPIs, margins, forecasting)
Experience in bid support and sales collaboration
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
