As a Sales & Recruitment Officer– MBA Programs, you will be responsible for attracting and enrolling candidates into prestigious, international MBA and Executive Education programs (including HEC Paris).
This is a true hunter role, where you proactively generate new business through outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, events, and strategic relationship building.

Proactively generate leads and new business for MBA and executive education programs

Advise professionals and senior executives on career development through MBA pathways

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and high-potential candidates

Organize and follow up on events, info sessions, and networking opportunities

Achieve and exceed commercial targets in Brussels and Flanders

Develop strategic partnerships with companies and organizations

Proven experience in B2B sales or consultative selling, ideally involving high-value solutions (€35K+)

Strong interest in education, executive learning, or MBA programs

A true hunter mindset with a passion for generating new opportunities

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Good understanding of the Belgian market (Brussels & Flanders)

Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (C1+)

Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
