Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer - Customer Service Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:

Ensure day-to-day contact with end customers as the first point of contact.

Provide accurate answers to customer questions.
Language Requirements:

Strong spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and French.

Good communication skills in English are a plus.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree or experience in Customer Service.

At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:

Good expertise in MS Office is mandatory.
Business Experience:

Strong interest in finance and banking products is preferable.
