We want you to be a part of our team, in Brussels (Hybrid), as Business and Requirements Analyst.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Analyse business processes, models, requirements and risks.
- Draft business cases, project charters, security plans, test plans and test cases.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements across departments such as HR, Finance, Logistics and Operations.
- Translate business needs into functional ICT solutions supporting operations and digital transformation.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, senior/VIP users and technical teams.
- Support business applications and ICT solutions through incident, request and problem analysis.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Knowledge and competences:

UML and BPMN modelling.
- Experience with Agile business analysis.
- Business requirements and functional analysis.
- Business process modelling and optimisation.
- Data analysis and basic data modelling.
- Experience in information systems and ICT project delivery.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Ability to propose ICT solutions to business needs.
- Experience in ICT services and problem management. .
- Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Tools and Methodologies:

Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence.
- ServiceNow.
- Balsamiq wireframes or equivalent.
- Software AG ARIS or business process modelling tools.
- Microsoft 365.
- Power BI.
- SQL / SQL Server.
- Postman.
- Swagger / Open API.
- SAP, including HR, Fiori, MM, FI/CO and Authorizations.
- Zendesk or equivalent ticketing tool.
- Windows workstations.
- Business applications.
- Active Directory.
- Networking troubleshooting.
- Remote support tools.
- Methodology: Project Management PM² and PM² Agile.
- Agile software development: Kanban and Scrum.
- ITIL-based service management practices.
Technical certifications:
At least one of the following or any equivalent:

BPMN 2.0.
- BABOK.
- PM² certifications.
- ITIL 4 / ITIL V4 Foundation.
- OMG Certified Expert in BPM — OCEB.
- OMG Certified UML Professional.
- Agile Certified Professional IIBA.
- ECBA — Entry Certificate in Business Analysis.
- Microsoft AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals.
- Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.
- Microsoft MS-900 Microsoft Fundamentals.
