Cybersecurity Technical Lead securing IT/OT energy systems, driving NIS2, SOC & cloud security in a fast-growing energy transition company.
You will take ownership of thetechnical security domain, oversee day-to-day security operations, and manage our external SOC partner.
You will also play a key role in architectural decisions and cross-functional transformation projects.
This role is central in bridging strategy and execution—turning security vision into real, enforceable technical controls.
- Act as technical advisor to the CISO across IT, OT & business security

Lead NIS2 implementation and translate it into technical controls

Manage external SOC (MSSP) and coordinate incident response

Drive Security-by-Design across projects and architecture reviews

Bridge IT and OT security ensuring safe, resilient operations
- 5–10 years in Cybersecurity / Information Security

Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001 & NIS2

Experience in SOC management and security operations

Solid background in cloud, network, endpoint & Microsoft 365 security

Strong communicator with ability to translate risk into business impact
