Mission Overview:
In the context of a large-scale organizational transformation, our client is enhancing its governance in portfolio, program, project, and product management (PPM). This evolution is supported by the establishment of a central PMO and decentralized PMOs, aiming for better structuring of strategic and operational steering, strengthened alignment between business and IT initiatives, optimized prioritization and resource management, implementation and adaptation of modern PPM tools and methodologies, standardization of project operations across various departments, and enhancement of project managers' maturity through the provision of tools, standardized methodologies, and training.
We are seeking a Medior PMO Officer for the Central PMO to support the operational implementation of PPM processes, tools, and practices. This position is a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Development of project methodology
-
Support in designing and improving PPM templates and documents (based on Prince2 for project management)

Support in developing the PPM methodology (based on Prince2)

Support in developing PPM processes based on governance and PPM methodology
-
Support in the preparation and organization of training sessions
-
Collect and consolidate project/portfolio data
-
Contribute to dashboards and reporting
-
Support prioritization and scoring exercises at the project portfolio level
-
Participate in the implementation and improvement of a PPM tool
-
Assist in translating business needs into adaptations of tools used in PPM (e.g., M365 tools)
-
Support users and collect their feedback
-
Contribute to and improve complementary solutions (e.g., SharePoint)
-
Organize and facilitate workshops (processes, portfolio, governance)
-
Support the preparation of follow-up meetings
-
Guide teams in adopting practices
-
Contribute to communication and user support
Profile Requirements:
-
Master's degree
-
Experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio support (medior level)
-
Practical experience in reporting, workshops, and PPM
-
The candidate will be part of an organization of PPM experts to bring best practices and access expertise and support
-
Experience working in the public sector is required, preferably in the social security domain

Experience in an organization with more than 1,000 employees
-
Experience in selecting and implementing digital PPM solutions
