Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Enabling Key User. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:

Support specific teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.) in their daily activities by providing practical instructions and assistance through a support mailbox.

Deliver training courses in Dutch and French, with supporting materials in English, and help Team Leaders prepare coaching sessions.

Assist teams in difficult business cases and identify opportunities for improvement across different teams.

Listen to business domains, capture and challenge requests for changes, formalize them in RFCs or project proposals, document requirements, contribute to prioritization, collaborate with business/functional analysts, and participate in UAT testing and change management.

Act as a business representative in projects by collecting and providing business requirements, testing developments, and performing training sessions.

Translate changes into clear work instructions and business processes, ensuring proper change management.

Facilitate the business by providing day-to-day support, performing change management, developing and delivering training (including refreshers), creating support materials, and coaching as needed.

Optimize business processes by identifying and implementing quick wins, acting as 2nd or 3rd line support, analyzing activities for improvement, enhancing tool usage (such as Salesforce), supporting report/dashboard creation, and ensuring data quality.

Structure the business by translating processes into detailed work instructions, keeping them up to date, critically reviewing processes, and proposing improvements.

Perform the Business Key User role for assigned domains, including requirements gathering, test preparation, UAT validation, and close collaboration with analysts.

Represent the business unit in forums such as prioritization and sprint planning meetings, and contribute to RFCs and business cases.
Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Master’s degree.
-
At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong experience with structured requirements gathering and business case development.

Proven experience with lean process definition and risk-based testing.

Excellent command of Office tools (Visio, Excel, Macros, Access, Word).

Experience in the financial sector and with Salesforce (various modules).

Ability to manage change effectively, flexibility, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication at all levels.
