To strengthen our team in Lasne, we are looking for a talented:
Sushi Man / Sushi Woman (Immediate availability)
Your Skills:
- Sarong experience in preparing makis, California rolls, and various sushi rolls
- Ability to properly cut and handle fish
- Solid knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Passion for Asian cuisine
- European ID card or valid European work permit
- Must be motorized (mandatory) – the restaurant is not easily accessible by public transport
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce menu items according to So Sushi quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety procedures (HACCP)
- Work efficiently, cleanly, and with attention to detail
- Ensure consistency and presentation of all products
