Now, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to help brew the next chapter: sharper, bolder and more culturally relevant than ever.
This is a role for a true brand builder: someone who thinks strategically, inspires creatively and has the drive to turn ambition into visible momentum across markets.
Your role in the story
You’ll sit at the heart of our global marketing team, reporting to the Senior Global Brand Manager Duvel & Chouffe. We are looking for:
- A brand guardian for an iconic beer brand with deep heritage and exciting global headroom
- A growth-minded marketer who translates consumer, category and cultural insight into clear brand-building actions
- A connector who works closely with global and local teams to help ideas land with impact
What you’ll be brewing
Shape the brand world, unlock growth and help a legendary beer brand stay true to its roots while winning with today’s consumers, occasions and channels.
Global Brand Strategy & Equity
- Support the development of the global brand strategy for Chouffe
- Guard brand equity, positioning, identity and storytelling
- Balance global distinctiveness with local market relevance
Communication & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and coordinate global campaigns, toolkits and brand assets that travel across markets
- Turn insights into strong creative platforms and activation ideas
- Support markets on campaign deployment, scaling and optimization — from launch thinking to in-market impact
- Work closely with our agency partners across creative, media, digital and activation
Innovation & Portfolio Growth
- Lead consumer-led innovation and portfolio projects that strengthen brand relevance and business growth
- Identify growth opportunities across formats, rituals, occasions, channels and markets
- Make sure every innovation earns its place: commercially, strategically and creatively
Market Partnership & Execution Excellence
- Be a constructive sparring partner for local teams, helping global strategy land with impact in-market
- Support markets in execution, acceleration and performance improvement — without losing the entrepreneurial spark
- Spot, sharpen and share best practices so strong ideas travel further
Insights & Performance
- Use consumer, category, cultural and performance insights to make sharper choices
- Track brand health, campaign impact and market performance — then turn learnings into action
- Bring together analytical rigor, creative instinct and strong commercial judgement
- Lead and coordinate brand projects across marketing, sales, supply, finance and R&D
- Align stakeholders in an international environment
- Bring clarity, focus and positive energy when priorities are moving fast
Your ingredients
Experience & background
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
- Around 5 years of brand management experience, ideally in FMCG, beer, beverages or lifestyle brands
- Experience in:
- Building brand equity and distinctive brand worlds
- Developing campaigns from strategy to execution, with support from internal and external partners
- Working with international markets or cross-functional teams
- Experience in sales or category management is a plus.
