About The Role
Your Day at the Hotel
As Rooms Division Manager, you oversee the daily operations of both the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, ensuring efficient planning, optimal staffing levels, and a seamless operational flow. You manage the entire guest journey, from room assignments to check-in and check-out.
You are a visible leader on the floor and act as a true ambassador for the hotel. You build lasting relationships with our guests and anticipate the needs of a diverse, international guest mix. Through coaching, constructive feedback, and clear objectives, you develop your team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
You maintain the highest service standards with a keen eye for detail, handle guest feedback professionally, and take proactive measures whenever necessary. Furthermore, you monitor financial performance and leverage data and systems to identify opportunities for upselling, occupancy optimization, and cost control. You ensure all procedures are followed and maintain a structured operation, keeping a clear overview and setting the right priorities even during peak times or changing situations.

Your Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Management.
Fluent in Dutch and proficient in at least one other language.
Tech-savvy and experienced with hotel management software (PMS).
