Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced PMO Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, focusing on a large-scale IT transformation programme. This role is pivotal in supporting the Program Management Team (PMT) in implementing a new back-office system, which is a key component of the client’s IT strategy aimed at simplifying their application landscape.
Responsibilities:

Manage, structure, and provide program-related information for various stakeholder groups.

Support the Program Management Team in monitoring progress and identifying key focus areas.

Assist in maintaining and updating programme and project plans in collaboration with different teams.

Coordinate periodic programme reporting.

Act as process owner for governance and reporting processes within the programme.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-making documentation.

Organize and coordinate stakeholder sessions and steering committees.

Responsible for agendas, documentation, minutes, and follow-up of action points.

Actively maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your Profile:

Several years of relevant experience in PMO, project management, or programme management.

Experience in complex IT projects or transformation programmes is a strong asset.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured way of working.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Confluence is a plus.

Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Available to work on-site in Brussels 2 days per week.
