You have 4+ years of experience in development, with a significant focus on modern architecture.
You don't just use AI tools; you understand how to build, fine-tune, and deploy them.
You have a "design-first" mindset. You understand typography, spacing, and motion, and you refuse to ship anything that doesn't look stunning.
Fluent in Dutch OR French, and professionally comfortable in English.
You have great Experience in both Front-End (ES6, modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js) and Back-End (frameworks such as Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Python, MySQL.
You have a solid comprehension of web technologies (PWA, WS, ...) and API development (JSON, OAuth, REST-full/ GraphQL, …)
Experience with AI implementation (OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks).
Hands-on experience in Model Building and fine-tuning (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
You love to experiment and explore new technologies/frameworks
You understand common software engineering practices (git, continuous integration, dependency management, monitoring, version management, ...)
An instinct for software architecture and micro-services. Knowledge of Docker is a plus
knowledge of testing frameworks and tools
App Development: Experience with Mobile App development (React Native, Flutter, or Native) is a major plus!
