Your Tasks
- Process and verify client invoices, ensuring incoming payments are accurately matched through bank reconciliation
- Handle the full cycle of purchase invoices, allocating each entry to the correct general ledger account
- Actively contribute to monthly and year-end closing activities, including reviewing bookings and making necessary adjustments
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations and the annual B2B VAT listing
- Manage the shared finance mailbox, ensuring timely and professional handling of all finance-related communications
- Support the broader finance team in maintaining a well-organised and smoothly running accounting environment
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
- Fluent in Dutch with good command of French. English is a strong plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
