In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide system analysis and troubleshooting services on Emerson process Management products, to end user customers as well as to in-house field service and project execution staff.
Responds promptly to service request from assigned customers. On selected products emergency situations can escalate to an availability of 24 hours a day, 7 day a week.
Keeps repair time to a minimum by using an adequate philosophy, provide preventive maintenance per agreement or upon request, advises customers in methods of operation and utilization, performs installation and start-up.
Provides the necessary information to allow administrative follow-up and order handling.
Interfaces effectively with all internal and international groups to assure professional business relationships with our customers.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Emerson Process Management Systems Products and related equipments/ services, their uses and applications.
Performs other duties as required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Fluent in Dutch, French and English language.
Graduate or Engineering degree with technical direction or equivalent through experience.
Good communicational skills.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Strong problem solving capability.
Knowledge of Emerson Process Management Systems products, applications and underlying technologies.
Capable of working under stress and high performance/expectations pressure.
Must have a background in a similar function for at least three years as junior service and start-up engineer.
