BASE is looking for a CRM analyst for the Customer Base Management team. The Customer Base Management team is responsible for the retention, up- and cross-sell among the existing customer base. As a CRM analyst you play a crucial role in ensuring that the right customer gets the right offer/ communication and that your colleagues get all the insights based on former campaigns for continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities as a CRM Analyst
- You'll play a key role in the experimentation phase of 1‑to‑1 campaigns (fishing pond, campaign set-up, timing, minimum audience size).
- You will define and set up the campaign target groups for campaign roll-out.
- As our CRM Analyst, you safeguard data and campaign quality , check eligibility and privacy rules, flag risks and take corrective actions.
- You perform post-campaign analyses and share the learnings in review and demo sessions.
- You'll support more senior CRM colleagues in special projects and Segment of One campaigns.
- You will keep a helicopter view of all 1‑to‑1 campaigns and participate in data expert groups to continuously improve tooling and data quality
Your profile as a CRM Analyst
- A Bachelor's degree or Masters degree and a preferably a first working experience in data in a corporate environment
- You're fluent in English, but preferable also Dutch and / or French speaking
- Some experience with data extraction tools (e.g. Alteryx) and SQL, plus hands-on database management.
- Skilled in project management and problem solving, able to handle multiple projects at different stages.
- Able to translate data into clear, tangible stories for colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong focus on data compliance, privacy and security when using and sharing personal data.
- Comfortable working in an agile, evolving environment and strongly customer focused.
