Job Description:
Technical experience required (hard skills related to physical or digital tools)
Mandatory
Proven experience configuring and customizing Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles and workflows.
Experience with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Ivanti Neurons ITSM certification or relevant technical certifications.
Experience with ITIL frameworks and ITSM process implementation.
Familiarity with enterprise service management, and workflow automation
Must be fluent in English , Dutch and French ( Verbal and written )
