We are seeking a Global IT Servicedesk Officer to join our Global IT Servicedesk team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Ecorys colleagues worldwide, providing high-quality 1st line technical support and ensuring a smooth and reliable IT experience across our organisation.
You will support our global estate of laptops, smartphones, meeting room technology and peripherals, as well as advise users on Ecorys-managed software applications. The role also plays a key part in onboarding new colleagues and maintaining accurate IT asset records.
The role will be based from our Brussels office.

Monitor the Ecorys Global Servicedesk tool and respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate 2nd/3rd line queries to the relevant support team
- Use Ecorys remote management tools to triage and respond to 1st line support queries for our fleet of c600 Windows 11 laptops worldwide
- To support the smooth onboarding of new users by ensuring relevant equipment (Laptops, Smartphones & Peripherals) is deployed on time and that user accounts are created and configured according to the users role.
- To liaise with hardware and software vendors on warranty repairs of equipment
- To update and maintain the IT asset register (Hardware, Software, Licenses)
- To manage end user security permissions on Microsoft 365
- Regular travel to Ecorys office in Rotterdam is required.
- Management of smartphone fleet (Android/IOS
- Minimum 3 Years experience working in a Microsoft Windows helpdesk role (remote & In-person support)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Account creation/management tool (Active Directory, Azure or Entra)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune will be beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint online will be beneficial
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Availability to travel to our Rotterdam office (1 – 2 times per month)

- A salary of €3,00 – €3,200 gross per month depending on experience with potential growth prospects for the future.
